Can I rush my order?

Rushes can be available upon request and depend on our current schedule.

How much does it cost to get a design?

Our design process is completely free.

Is there a minimum number of units I can order?

There are no minimum order requirements.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Due to the custom nature of our products, there are no returns on any products. Refunds can be made on any manufacturing defects if notified within 7 days of receiving your order.

What types of payments are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted and can be paid through your secure invoice link. We also accept checks and school purchase orders.

Can I receive a sample before purchasing?

Samples are available for a minimal fee. Please contact your account manager for more information.
