What is the turnaround time for custom wrestling singlets and uniforms from RaizedUp?
There are different timelines based on what product you are ordering. Please contact your account manager with any questions regarding the delivery timeline. Typically we are running 3-4 weeks on delivery.
I have my own design already made, can you match it?
Yes, our in-house art team will happily match your design from another company or one you created on your own! Just send the files over to sales@raizedup.com to get the process started.
Is there a minimum number of units I can order?
When it comes to custom singlets, we have a minimum team order of five units. If you are looking for individual singlets, check out our wrestling singlet retail shop.
Can I receive a sample before purchasing?
Samples are available for a minimal fee. Please contact your account manager for more information.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Due to the custom nature of our products, there are no returns on any products. Refunds can be made on any manufacturing defects if notified within 7 days of receiving your order.
